We have begun a complex endeavor from the ground up, and this is one of our first projects. We are currently making progress on the layout of the entire building.
A proposed development in the Distillery District, designed by ArchitectsAlliance and COBE Architects, is a mixed-use structure featuring three buildings of 13 storeys each, with a combination of market-rate and affordable rental housing. The project’s Developer is Dream Unlimited, Kilmer Group, Tricon Residential and the Architect COBE Architects.
We began by studying the architectural drawings, and then we marked the spots where the components of Blocks 3, 4, and 7 were going to be placed on the building site.
