Wellings of Stittsville is Nautical Lands Group’s latest addition to their senior’s living complexes, featuring two six-storey buildings designed by Architects. The project aims to enhance street frontage and attract foot traffic to amenity areas. The project emphasizes creating a comfortable living environment while highlighting natural features, guiding flow towards central exterior amenities and the Poole Creek walking trails. It includes 423 below-grade parking spots for 486 residential units across three phases, along with above-grade parking for guests. The design also integrates new COVID-19 safety measures to ensure tenant and staff health and safety.
